A well thought-out platform

I recently purchased the tier 3. I must say that I have tried to find alternatives before purchasing to compare. I have tested at least 10 similar tools including some that have gone in Appsumo.
My conclusion: Ahsuite is unlike anything else. It is very customer collaboration oriented in a minimalistic way. I think it is at a very early stage, I hope that Ahsuite team can see that they are creating something unique, they should invest in developing it fast.
My suggestions:
1. White label: Currently it is not 100% white label. Ahsuite's logo, favicon, headers and footers appear on pages such as login, password recovery or customer panel.
2. Design: The minimalist concept is good. But I think enabling customization through custom CSS would be very positive to adapt client portals to our agency's branding. Being able to customize the header and footer would be great.
3. Organization: Creating categories or folders to nest content is a must in all sections: views, files, tasks, keys and conversations. Everything should be organized in folders and sub-folders. It would greatly improve the user experience. As soon as you have a large client it is not feasible to organize the information only with tabs or dropdowns.
4. Internal pages: It is necessary to be able to create internal content pages in Ahsuite to provide information to customers without having to embed anything external. A wysiwyg html editor would be enough. The ideal solution would be to incorporate a Bootstrap or Flexbox editor to be able to layout in rows and columns.
5. Custom fields: Please add custom fields in the tasks. The idea is to be able to create forms so that users can respond to our queries.
6. SSL certificate: I have had difficulties configuring SSL with my custom domain. I think a simpler way could be found to implement SSL on custom domains without having to add another CNAME value. And that I should be able to change the custom domain without the need for Ahsuite developers to unlock it.
7. Multi-languages: Every word in the customer and admin control panel needs to be able to be translated into any language.
8. Clone client portals: I would like to be able to clone an entire customer account. So that I can set one up as a "master account" and sign up a new customer faster with a full panel preloaded, not just individual templates.
9. Mobile first: I have found that iframes on mobile do not work well. We should be able to set the width and height depending on whether the device is desktop, table or mobile in portrait and landscape view.
10. Mark as read or done: I think it would be very interesting to add an option for users to mark as seen or read not only the tasks, but also the views, files or conversations. In this way we as an agency would know what information they have processed and what they have not.
11. Custom SMTP: Able to connect our mail and send notifications to one, several or all clients.

A lot of people have been asking about whether we plan to add a Forms tool, and I think your suggestion to add custom fields to Tasks is an efficient way to accomplish that. I will discuss this with the developer today!
Some responses to your comments:
1. Actually I have good news for you - once you set up your custom domain, it is 100% white labeled! It'll have your logo, favicon, colors, and all Ahsuite branding and links are hidden from the header and footer on your custom domain.

6. We are kind of in disbelief with AWS that there isn't an easier solution for this. We had letsencrypt before but that isn't scalable. Cloudflare might have a better solution but we built everything in AWS and I agree it should be smoother.
7. I'm researching efficient ways to add multilingual support. I had high hopes for Weglot, but once I signed up I realized it's not a good fit. Bummer!
8. Yes to cloning client portals - this will happen.
9. I agree the iframes aren't great on mobile. I'll talk with the dev about your suggestions.
10. This is an interesting idea. Let me think about this one.
11. Once your custom domain is live you can set up SMTP. But right now there is only one email it would apply to: if your client requests a password reset email. But we can build on that in the future.
