This team is honestly amazing to work with. I am based in China and I always have trouble with different software that has some parts built on google like google captcha etc. Usually, there are so many services I have had to refund for this very reason.....but the ahsweet team did the best to help me even if I was just one customer and it helped!. my client portal looks real now and that's thanks to them

- unlimited memory ( you never have to worry about going over a limit)

Things I wish we could have

- a mobile app experience with push notifications to easily reach our clients easily fro, anywhere)
- the ability to make payments and invoices (which I think they said is already in the pipeline )- competing client portals like suitedash have these functions and I have honestly considered getting them simply because of how centralized they make the process.......it would also be really great if we could list or products and services along with subscriptions and then people could buy automatically
- I wish there was a way to embed the client portal signup page to my website homepage......its a bit tedious that after I get a lead on my website, after signing a form they are then directed to ahsweet and have to enter many details again, it would be great if the steps could be made a lot less and if there were automated ways of creating a client profile that would be awesome
-more automation in general..... We really need more ways to make tasks seamless,, I haven't seen we hooks or an API yet (maybe I don't know where to look)
- a way to customize the lotties that people see when they get into the portal, for now, the color schemes may be a bit inconsistent with branding, it would also be cool if we could edit embed borders
-A client dashboard, showing which products of ours they are using and how long they have left, with the ability to add up sells and down sells
- a better page building experience for it's landing page.....it would be great to customize more in terms of colours and logos etc, maybe even embed our own forms and testimonials on the homepage so we can automate more stuff

There is a lot that I want from this product and that I think it has the ability to achieve, however, the reason I still give it 5 stars is that support is stellar.........and they actually do what they promise really well. I have been tempted to get competing portals due to the fact that they offer some of the functions I mentioned wanting above......it would be awesome if we could see a timeline on their roadmap, to see what they are doing first and prioritizing.
