I recently stumbled upon Ahsuite after having issues with another client portal and collaboration tool. And I'm so glad that I did because it is a far superior tool than the other one. I've only been using it for a short time, but so far I have been very impressed!!

Here's just a few of the things that I like:
1. The custom domain and white labeling is a great feature and just took a few easy steps to get it setup. Most emails go to my client from my own domain.

2. I love being able to create "Conversations" between me and my clients or team members. My client receives the message via email and can either reply right there or within the portal... and either way the messages are recorded.

3. I like that anything that my client can see has a little "halo" on it, otherwise the item is private or shared between me and team members. I simply click a button or check a box to include my client.

4. I can have an unlimited number of clients and can include their site logo in the portal.

5. The mobile site is much better than I expected.

6. The task manager is very intuitive and segments tasks by client, which keeps things nice and organized

7. I can customize many features of an individual client portal or all client portals if I want. For example, I can reorder, add and rename tabs on the left navigation and just click a button to have any changes applied to existing clients.

I'm hoping the team adds a few more branding options to the existing choices and also adds the ability to customize email templates.

So far support has been excellent and very responsive. I'm so glad that I stumbled upon Ahsuite!
