So - I went ahead and pulled the trigger and bought a 2 Tier license for this. However - this isn't working at all. First thing - I could not find ANYWHERE in the account dashboard to download the tool after my purchase and AppSumo redemption.

So, I installed from the "Try" button on the website. After installing and setting it up - it apparently doesn't work at all. I have allowed microphone settings, screen recording, and everything I thought it might need to work. I restarted the program and did all that, but it just doesn't work. I have tried the cloud mode, the local mode, and auto mode. Nothing. I am using macOS Sequoia Version 15.7.5, and the latest version of Ai Dictation (0.0.69 (69)).

Also, I can see the Ai Dictation bar launch at the bottom of my screen; however, nothing appears in the field I want it to type into. I thought it might be my microphone, but that setting is enabled. Additionally I tried changing the shortcut key but nothing worked with a new ky either.

Finally - I went to email you guys via your support email about this issue - but my email came back to me saying your "[email protected]" email is NOT valid. So I have no where to post my issue except here.

Please let me know how to proceed because I REALLY want to LOVE this tool! Thanks!
