AppSumo Bundle Volume 2: AI Power Pack Reviews

I quickly purchased this bundle so that I would not miss out like I did with the first one. Who knew they would secure 3x as many codes as they did for the first one? Like many here, I am disappointed and have not redeemed anything.

In your response to Juan_Camilo, you stated, "The “temporary hold” you might have seen is just an authorization hold and usually clears within 1–2 days (no real charge is made). We've also noted on the deal page that redemption requires a credit card or payment method and that temporary holds may appear but will drop off (applies to all 4 tools)," however, you posted the 'disclaimer' AFTER the complaints poured in.

Can we compromise? If you will not refund this bundle, may we have a credit to use for future purchases? Or, how about you go back to the vendors of Bundle One and get us access and apply the funds there? This was a waste for me (sigh) and while your responses are nicely written, there is no resolution to the concerns

Overall, this bundle provides strong value. For ~$49, you get 4 useful tools that cover transcription, AI writing, design, and automation.
Each tool has a different redemption process, which can be complex.

Lex Pro – This is where I ran into major difficulty.
I attempted to upgrade Lex Pro on September 24, 2025 for $179.88.
Unfortunately, the AppSumo discount code did not apply. Since then, I’ve sent five emails to hello@lex.page
but have received no reply — not even an acknowledgment.

The product itself shows potential as an AI writing assistant, but reliable support is also part of the product experience.
At this point, the silence from Lex has left me stuck with a charge I cannot properly use with my AppSumo discount.

My request: please help with a cancellation and refund of $179.88, or apply the discount directly so I can fully benefit from the product as intended.
I hope the AppSumo team can kindly step in to assist. The rest of the bundle is valuable, but this issue with Lex has been discouraging.

've purchased far too many tools through AppSumo, and what many of us expected to be a great deal often turned into an immense disappointment.

It's unnecessarily difficult to redeem codes, such as the Freepik offer, because of the unexpected surcharges and the overly complicated cancellation conditions. Honestly, it's a huge letdown. Compounding the issue, AppSumo often fails to solve anything even after a couple of days of trying.

This year alone, I've had a couple of tools I purchased disappear from the market entirely. Despite this, some of us keep believing in AppSumo, only to find that instead of genuine deals, we're encountering scams or low-quality offers enabled by the platform itself.

That excuse about "overlooking" these problematic policies is simply unacceptable for a platform whose entire business model relies on vetting and facilitating these kinds of transactions.

This is a super sweet bundle deal. Not really sure why it has such negative feedback. I would literally purchase all of these tools separately for the price of this bundle if I had to. The purchase was easy as always with Appsumo and I set up all four accounts in under 30 seconds apiece. I'm not sure what all the confusion was about but my credit card was never charged once, maybe they updated or fixed the issue, I’m not sure.

I don't really care about the no refund policy. I mean they're giving us a years worth of well known and established tools for literally $12.50 apiece. It's insane. So if the reports of them charging your credit card was holding you back, that wasn't my experience. As of 09/25/25 Or if the no refund policy seems like it's too risky for you to spend $12.50 for one years worth of access to four top-tier AI tools. Then this may not be the deal for you. But as for me personally. I can't wait for the next bundle.
