The $1 verification should really be reconsidered, and credits ought to remain valid until the end of the subscription period, even if canceled early. I’d love to see AppSumo work with the partner on finding a fair solution here.

That said, I still see this as a fantastic deal overall. For the price, the value you’re getting is excellent. The deal terms are clearly explained, including the fact that this is for a one-year subscription. To be honest, I think it should be obvious that lifetime licenses rarely make sens, especially in the AI space, where ongoing costs are significant and unsustainable. A solid business model is far more valuable in the long run, particularly if you’re integrating these tools into your business workflow. To be honest: There’s no free lunch.
