HOW ABOUT A COMPROMISE?...
I quickly purchased this bundle so that I would not miss out like I did with the first one. Who knew they would secure 3x as many codes as they did for the first one? Like many here, I am disappointed and have not redeemed anything.
In your response to Juan_Camilo, you stated, "The “temporary hold” you might have seen is just an authorization hold and usually clears within 1–2 days (no real charge is made). We've also noted on the deal page that redemption requires a credit card or payment method and that temporary holds may appear but will drop off (applies to all 4 tools)," however, you posted the 'disclaimer' AFTER the complaints poured in.
Can we compromise? If you will not refund this bundle, may we have a credit to use for future purchases? Or, how about you go back to the vendors of Bundle One and get us access and apply the funds there? This was a waste for me (sigh) and while your responses are nicely written, there is no resolution to the concerns

Sep 28, 2025Hi LadyB, you’re right that we added the credit card/temporary hold disclaimer to the top of the deal page after concerns started coming in. We should have made it clearer from the start, and that’s something we’re learning from for future bundles.
That said, this bundle was set up as a one-year, non-refundable deal, so we’re unfortunately not able to offer credits or swap it for a different offer. What we can do is make sure you get the full value you paid for. If you run into any hiccups redeeming the tools, our support team is here to step in and work with partners directly so you don’t have to navigate it alone.
We genuinely put this bundle together because we love these tools and believe they can bring a lot of value (for a great price!), even if the rollout hasn’t been perfect. We also know AppSumo Vol. 1 was super popular, but right now there aren’t plans to rewind it.
