I like the deal but don't like the payment process
After buying the deal, I went to Redeem each product and even though I copied the Redemption Code for Lex and FreePik, I ended up being charged for both - $179.88 from Lex and $69 from FreePik. Both transactions have also cleared my bank account. I sent email to both Lex and FreePik identifying that I had paid for their software via AppSumo on 9/24/2025 and never got a response from either. It would be great to get help from AppSumo on this, since it appears that I am not the only one that this happened to.
