I wasn't even able to pay in time before it sold out! I had it in my cart while I was making the payment. It said it was at 77% when I started my purchase. You should honor those who have the deal in their cart to provide a few minutes to pay! How could +20% sell in a few minutes?

Same here, it was in my cart, about to pay and boom, gone!
I understand high demand can lead to quick sellouts, but it was frustrating to have the item in my cart and still miss out. One simple way to improve the experience would be clearer upfront communication for example, stating that it’s a 1-hour window or a limited-quantity “first come, first served” offer. Setting those expectations in advance would go a long way.
