Great concept and nice interface. Demo works get. Software would not register and their help desk was mostly unresponsive. Even when the AppSumo team got involved, there was no support.

I would give a zero star if I could
I purchased this, went to redeem it, never got the registration code, nor the registration it was telling me to copy and paste never worked. Customer support takes 4 days to get back to me with saying "Dear customer

Very practical to Reduce the video sizes
I'm really impressed with the product — I was able to reduce the video sizes by almost three times without losing resolution, and in a very practical way. During the two-week trial, the license stopped working at one point, but support reset it and everything went back to normal.

Not using anymore for SECURITY Reasons
I’ve been using the software for many years, but now, when I try to download a video, it asks for access to all my passwords in the Keychain. I’m not sure why this is happening, but since I can no longer use the tool, I believe there may be a security issue.
