Nothing worked as one would normally expect
I purchased last night, and I have yet to experience anything that goes right. DVD ripping, did not work (or at least the screen went blank); converting file, no notification file or anything when done. The converted files did not save where it was supposed to, which resulted in a scramble to find them... In short, nothing worked.
