As a few people have indicated about Aicoosoft, you can't log in to the program with your license and activate it. I have emailed them with and without AppSumo support.
AppSumo support sends the same template email to me, cc'ing Aicoosoft. Aicoosoft dances around, never intending to help, and their conduct seems acceptable to AppSumo. Why Appsumo allows these bad actors on their platform remains a mystery. It's a detrimental policy, and AppSumo fails to resolve this problem.

Note: AppSumo did not help me with the product I redeemed, and although AppSumo says I never purchased it, my verified account shows that I did. There are numerous issues with AppSumo vendors these days, and unfortunately, there is no help available.
