It would be good if atleast you have HTML based integration which solves integration with 90% of the autoresponders and CRMs...You just need to parse the fields and form Action URL .....HTML integration is there in most lead gen plugin and is the easiest to do and solves most interface requirement.
Also your Webhook POST payload has a fixed JSON structure,which no third party CRM will be able to consume.
Why not have a simple POST method like "curl <URL> -d "EMAIL=chikpea@gmail.com"
This everyone will be able to consume.
