I discovered a bug on their platform and reached out to Conor their CTO.

Right now they are in the midst of upgrading their systems because their platform relies on you having an IKBR investment account and connecting to it . And without that you cannot live trade.... I have been waiting 2.5 months to sync my Aikido to IKBR account. Sadly I bought this and can't use Aikido because of upgrades that IKBR has done, you cannot connect account to Aikido (my review states the instructions don't work in the setup).

I have reached out to both their new CEO and their CTO (Conor) about this... Their response is now they pushed back their release "patch" of this till October because they are bundling it with another release.

I don't understand how this is acceptable as a company (which is to "sell" you a product they know is not working or broke and expect customers to keep waiting).

In my opinion this is horrible business. I can't do any live trading on Aikido until they actually fix their product. They are aware of this issue and yet expect paying customers to wait over 2 months to connect a product they purchased that relies on IKBR.

While I think it's a cool concept and excited to use their product, they really need to evaluate this type of thinking that's deeply embedded in their leadership team.

I'm a product manager myself and this is horrible way of treating paying customers.

Thank you, as always, for the honest feedback, and apologies for the delay in replying to you.

We have since addressed this issue and are excited to say that the new IBKR Rest integration is up and running.

Unfortunately, this problem was out of our hands until we could ship the new feature. We hope that the wait was worthwhile :)
