Q: Is there an upscale ratio limitation?
For example, what would be the highest upscale resolution for a 320x240, 640x480 or 800x600 image?

Using the 400% AI upscale filter you would get the following:
320x240 -> 1280x960
640x480 -> 2560x1920
800x600 -> 3200x2400
