Loved the service. Its still somewhat usable but all their updates associated with the Standard Plan are not available to AS buyers according to their team so that automatically tanks their score.

Simply put they won't honor the deal for the "All future Standard Plan updates".

I was hoping they would change their minds and be like "hey new updates we'll give you access as per the deal" or at least "we may have to limit the amount of access to these features but we won't cut them off". The credits are literally for that purpose of use on all available features which we are being denied.

I think that this will be a very useful tool. The limits, particularly for videos, are small; therefore, I bought tier 3. After my first tests, the video upscaling and enhancement worked fine, and the quality is excellent compared to the source.

Got the tier 1 deal and recently upgraded to tier 2. The image upscaling works great for low-resolution pictures found online or old photographs. Very happy with it, better results than other tools! It seems, however, that their model is not optimized for faces, the competition works better for potraits.
For video, the quality depends on the input. I used it mostly with low-res footage which feels less "magic" compared to the images.
There's now an option to enhance only certain timestamps of an uploaded video, which speeds up the process enormously and cuts costs.

Bought Tier 3 and dissapointed. Spending 24 credits, I've enhanced images and videos with Aimages. Sadly, except Upscales filters, I couldn't see any significant difference between before and after.

I'd rather use Remini. Sorry to say, even their free version has better results than yours.

But since Aimages is lifetime membership, I'm still hoping you can catch up eventually. Just don't be too long. I really don't want to use the money back guarantee here.

I am sorry, but the images are not good enough. And videos are weird. This still has a long way to be a Topaz competitor. I was hoping to replace that software. With Topaz, for the same price, I can have unlimited video and image upscaling and much more.
It is a good product, but not good enough.
