Q: Aimfox no longer working, why is support not helping? No answers?
We have not had our Aimfox account properly work for two weeks now. We have been reaching out to support on a daily basis with no updates. What is going on?

It does not look like campaigns are working and your team is not on the same page regarding response apparently.
I bought aimfox on rockethub a few months ago. It worked great on a linkedin account I had a for a while.
I don't know if it was as others are saying that when they launched on product hunt it attracted too much attention and caught Linkedin's eye.
Ever since they added the proxy option and Chrome extension, my account was banned. I only just got it back on the 7th January so I don't know.

It's a shame as Aimfox overall is a sleek and lovely tool and when it was working, it worked well. Other users seem to be getting the same issue. I'm unsure on how they can fix this. I feel more for those who stacked on Rockethub and can't refund it, especially if there getting the same issues.

Thank you for the added comments. We have still not seen the team fix this issue and have received multiple different responses. I think they should pause their ProductPlan and Appsumo campaigns until they can fix their product!
