Q: Can I get banned for using this?

I'm interested in your tool for some LinkedIn automation. I don't intend to use it for sending tons of automations, I know LinkedIn has limits, just a littlebit to keep my account growing and hopefully get some useful leads that way. However, I've seen a few negative reviews stating their accounts got permanent ban after they started using your tool. I know you have some preventive measures in place but it looks like they aren't enough. Can I at least be sure to know I'll first receive a warning? While LI is not my primary source of business it is old and well-established account so it would be really painful to lose it.

A: Hey UldisBiz, sorry for the late reply.

I'll be fully transparent here - there is always a risk when using LinkedIn automation tools that work via login, since they're against official LinkedIn guidelines. When someone tells you they have a 100% secure solution, they're most likely lying to you.

Yes, we have implemented additional security features like Proxy support for 60+ countries, Activity controls settings, Chrome extension for session management, and our dev team is always doing the best to stay on top of the latest LinkedIn updates.

None of the accounts connected with Aimfox were fully banned/lost, LinkedIn will primarily restrict an account for 14 - 30 days if they notice suspicious behavior. And these restrictions are mostly triggered by new or "shady" (e.g. purchased) accounts. However, there will never be a 100% guarantee and by using Aimfox the user needs to be aware of the possible outcomes.

Hopefully this makes sense!

I've just replied to the main thread question, hopefully it resolves your questions!

Considering there hasn't been any response I will assume this company is going to be dodgy as hell. I mean you don't launch a product on appsumo and then disappear on holidays right? No excuse for ignoring messages here.

Hey Rudy, I understand your concerns, but we are a registered software development company and must be compliant with our countries workforce regulations. Our team members are eligible for days off during the holidays, and we want for them to stay motivated, healthy, and rested since they 100% deserved it during the 2024.

And of course, our paying customers will always get the needed CS coverage.

Can you please respond to this question?? Respectfully, it's becoming a bit of a red flag -- whether deserved or not -- that this has gone unaddressed for as long as it has already...

Sorry, this is just laughable. You're the business owner. YOU should reply! Don't run a promotion like this over a Christmas period and then just close up shop. Your excuse reeks of someone who actually doesn't care.

Of course we care, that's why a couple of us jumped in (marketing manager here) during the holiday breaks to reply to everyone that's interested in learning more about Aimfox. Sadly our response rates were affected in the previous week - now we're back to the grind. I'm sorry to see you get frustrated over this!
