Q: Comparison To other tools

How does this compare to tools like Heyreach, Waalaxy, etc?

Why should one go with Aimfox rather than Closely as it's on Appsumo as well - how is this unique to other tools on the market?

A: That's a good question! I can see you mentioned other brands which are, or were on AppSumo at some point. When speaking about competition I generally don't like getting into the details and making this an "arms race" against them. All of them have pretty nice feature sets, and most of our features and functionalities have a nice overlap - we're all in the LinkedIn outreach space. I always suggest people do their own research, and when they come to us with a specific use case we'll make sure they understand the value of Aimfox and how to use it to reach their goals.

I would say we have two big advantages compared to other brands:
1) LinkedIn outreach revamped - We've had a closed beta in 2023, and an official launch in early 2024. We're pretty young in that sense, and when developing Aimfox we really take our time to understand the gaps within the industry and to do competitive research. This helps us prioritize our next steps. For instance, we've pushed out the "Workspaces core update" a couple of weeks ago and upgraded our UI since we felt there aren't much solutions out there that enable you to seamlessly connect multiple LinkedIn profiles within a single dashboard and do outreach on scale. Right now we feel pretty confident that our product has a feature set that meets the industry standard. And we've got more to come!
2) We're a seasoned company - Aimfox is maybe still fresh, but we're a software development company which has launched its first SaaS in 2017. We have invested much product, dev, and design time into Aimfox (we're a fully stacked team of 50+ people), but compared to other brands we don't have pressure profiting from it, since we have other products as well. The main thing for us right now is to take our time and develop something the industry will actually love and find helpful. And we will convince you in that during this AppSumo promo, because there are a lot more features coming your way by the end of the year :)

That's a great response, thank you. I'm actually a Waalaxy LTD user and they some time ago started charging their ltd users an extra monthly fee for newer features.

Can I expect something similar from you guys or will that never happen?

You're welcome! :) Within the "LinkedIn Outreach" feature set, which is the plan we're currently promoting, any new features won't be additionally charged.

for the "at scale" idea, having up to 25 accounts, do you think it would work for some people to make new linkedin user accounts and warm them up/make them look real, then eventually similar to cold email, get to scale free outreach that way?

You're spot on, that's the way you should scale your outreach! However, LinkedIn's detection algorithms for detecting new account creation are tough. I suggest you look into the topic more, and figure out a good approach for this. I'm talking about VPNs, a clear "warm up" plan, and some initial engagement and traction steps, before starting with full blown outreach. Good luck!
