Q: Connections pending

Hi there- just purchased a license and created a campaign - i can see a number of people listed who are i already sent a connection request note to, havent replied and yet and so are currently showing as pending on LinkedIn. AimFox doesnt seem to recognize which are already pending connection request, so what would happen if they were included in the campaign (i wont remember all of them so cannot just unclick the ones i have an outstanding connection request for). Thanks in advance, hope AimFox works out. RC

A: Hey ChamonixCat! 👋

Love the question and I'll be glad to tell you more about how we handle pending connection requests and campaign targets in general.

As soon as you create a campaign, Aimfox automatically assigns those targets to the LinkedIn account running the campaign, and they cannot be enrolled in a different campaign on the same workspace, even if that campaign is under a different LinkedIn account.

This ensures that you never have to worry about contacting the same person multiple times and creating an embarrassing situation, or just wasting your connection requests on someone that's not interested in your pitch.

This system also takes into account pending connections, withdrawn connection requests, and other similar edge cases, and checks this on the entire workspace level.

You can get more insight into your campaign targets in the Audience Preview step when building a campaign. It includes a search function, while clicking on "View Details" shows a basic breakdown of how many targets were eligible for your campaign, and how many were already locked in a different campaign.

You'll notice I mentioned "workspace level" a few times back there. There's good reason for that. If you want to reach out to the same people multiple times, perhaps for a different product, you can do that from different workspace, and different LinkedIn accounts on that workspace.

Let me know if this clears everything up, I'll be happy to talk more!
