This is a complicated question since there are a lot of factors that go into play when it comes to account security.

Most notable factors include account age, whether it's a real account or a purchased (fake) profile, as well as behavior and login location. Even then, this varies heavily from account to account, and your previous LinkedIn use.

Our best practice is to always best to choose the location closest to you, in your case Colombia or Brazil, to ensure you do not raise any flags for random logins from LinkedIn.

And if you are concerned, we will be adding support for custom proxies in December so you will be able to connect your own proxy from any location in the world.
