Q: Unibox monitoring "unanswered messages"
Is Aimfox monitoring the messages in the unibox so that:
- you can filter the unanswered messages in the unibox
- it sends a notifications after XX weeks/days so that it reminds you to follow up

Jan 15, 2025A: Hey francopiva! Great question. Aimfox's unibox does include an "unread" section where you can easily trace and filter unanswered messages by account. While we currently donât send automated reminders for follow-ups, this is an excellent idea! We'll add it to our roadmap â¨

Sorry for the mix-up. I thought "unanswered" referred to messages awaiting your response. Currently, Aimfox doesnât have the option to specifically filter unanswered or no-reply messages.
