Q: Web based system or requires laptop to run

Hi Aleksandar

I have been using a few competitor tools for years now and I am always interested in the new kid on the block. Here are some questions that allow me to better understand your solution:

1. Does it run on the web or does it run on my local browser (i.e. the laptop has to be running)
2. How do you handle limitations (invite, page visit, message ,etc...)
3. How do you ensure user accounts don't get blocked by Linkedin?
4. Can you provide information on the complexity of your funnels (do you already allow for branching?)
5. Do you offer some kind of contact management like ensuring leads appear only in one list throughout the system
6. Is your lead search comparable to the free contact search in Linkedin or does it offer the additional granularity of the sales navigator?

A: Hey there!

Bozidar from the product team here, Aleksandar pinged me to jump in and cover all the details.

These are very interesting questions, will be happy to cover them 💪
Q1: Does it run on the web or does it run on my local browser (i.e. the laptop has to be running)
A: Aimfox is fully cloud-based so you don't have to worry about running anything on your device, or keeping browser tabs open. You just need to log in your accounts, start your campaigns, and you're good to go.

Q2: How do you handle limitations (invite, page visit, message ,etc...)
A: As a network, LinkedIn has weekly limits for most interactions, including connection requests, InMails, Messages, and others. Aimfox comes with optimal out-the-box settings of 100 weekly connection requests, InMails and Message requests, but you can tweak those limits further in the Accounts screen. Your weekly limits are automatically converted into daily limits based on your campaign sending schedule, ensuring you never raise any flags with LinkedIn. Of course, we also have upper and lower limits for activity on the back-end.

Q3. How do you ensure user accounts don't get blocked by Linkedin?
A: We have a lot of measures in place, from our network of over 10.000 IP addresses in over 60 countries, to simulating human activity in your campaigns, to some other optimizations. We also keep a close eye on LinkedIn changes to ensure you stay safe while using the service.

Q4. Can you provide information on the complexity of your funnels (do you already allow for branching?)
A: I will assume you are referring to the way we execute campaign interactions and elaborate a bit on that. If you referred to something else, please feel free to correct me.

Our campaings work like this:
Step 1: Get targets. This depends on the campaign type, from Search, Post, Group, Event or List campaigns.
Step 2: Lock targets. Targets are now locked in this campaign and cannot be enrolled in other campaigns, even if they're made from a different LinkedIn account. To put it simply - once a target enters a campaign, it can never enter a different one, on that workspace. This ensures users never spam their targets and overall improves conversion rates and makes campaigns easier to manage.
Step 3: View targets
Step 4: Send Primary communication. This sends a connection note, or if the target has an open profile and the campaign has enabled InMail optimization, it sends an InMail instead. InMails and Connection Notes are always mutually exclusive.
Step 5: If target accepts connection request, enroll them in a message sequence.
Step 5.5: If target responds at any time while they are in a sequence, stop the sequence.

This is of course just a quick breakdown, but should tell you more about how we handle interactions.

Q5. Do you offer some kind of contact management like ensuring leads appear only in one list throughout the system
A: Please refer to Step 2 from my answer to question 4.

Q6. Is your lead search comparable to the free contact search in Linkedin or does it offer the additional granularity of the sales navigator?
A: Our search is currently comparable to LinkedIn's people search, but we have plans to include a Sales Navigator campaign which will let users create a Sales Navigator campaign. Of course, if at any point we are able to include additional advanced filters for free users, we will be happy to add them.

I hope this shed some light on Aimfox, I'm here if you want to discuss anything else!
