Q: As I understand right, you use the API of openAI for DALL-E.
If so what language model is used in your Software?
I'v read, they offer 4 different language models with different power / possibilities. Thanks.

Yes, OpenAI has multiple language models, but for image generation, DALL-E 2 is their best AI system, and they do not have multiple models.
They currently provide 256px, 512px, and 1024px options for DALL-E 2, and all these image types are available inside Airbrush.
You can also use Stable Diffusion as your AI engine to generate the images.
