Q: What is the interval wherewith the credits renew/refresh each month?
Is it at the first of the month or at the date of signup/purchase?

Thank you for this info - however I suppose (and this is very upsetting) I was not aware of the actual timezone you're in and we just lost a bunch of credits. I have a very upset/sad wife at the moment who was planning on using the first month's credits to learn. 😖
