In your comments you sometimes says tier2 will give you custom branding and the ability to turn Airdeck logo off. At other times it sounds as this is only for tier3. This must be a key feature for this kind of software.\u000a\u000aWhen will we be able to download a presentation? (Danish by any chance)? \u000a\u000aI hope you\u0027re still around to answer. I\u0027m really uncertain about whether I should refund or not.

Hi Andreas, thanks for reaching out!\u000a\u000aFull custom branding will be available for Tier 3 users, while white\u002Dlabeling (hiding the AirDeck logo) will be available for Tier 2 users. Downloading presentations and adding transcriptions to decks are on our roadmap, but they\u0027re not yet in active development.
