The galleries and images are safe on the platform. If you are talking about the Bad Gateway issue, we are going to work on this very soon. Actually, I'm going to work on making sure the platform is as stable as possible moving forward, I have a team on it.

I haven't been able to acces my dashboard since last week, or change settings to client galleries. No reply to e-mail so far. How do I setup my galleries now? Have been needing to use other software since this is not working anymore? Is it completely down? Can I still get my files?

Q: How do I escalate an issue the customer support?
Why has customer support not responded to my inquiry from July 2024? I had an issue that occurred July 2024, and I haven’t been able to use this software since I purchased it from Appsumo. I’ve been requesting email support for months and no one has confirmed receipt of my inquiry.

same issue...store setup a while ago and was fine, but nowadays it doesn't work and support is non responsive...I figured they had gone out of business, so very surprised to see them here again
The Store is on our roadmap. We are aware it needs improvement and fixes. I'm not sure yet if I want to take it offline or mark it as Beta, but it is on the roadmap.
