Why is Airloupe no longer working properly and when will it be resolved?

I haven't been able to acces my dashboard since last week, or change settings to client galleries. No reply to e-mail so far. How do I setup my galleries now? Have been needing to use other software since this is not working anymore? Is it completely down? Can I still get my files?
