Q: Here's one thing that a lot of companies with deals on AppSumo forget to do...

Clearly tell us what sets them apart from the 800lb gorilla in the market.

How are you going to gain significant market share to keep going in the future?

Because there have been deals on AppSumo that seemed great but then they folded up shop a year later.

AppSumo users understand that this is the risk we take but it still hurts when it happens.

There was even one that folded a month later but, to AppSumo's credit, they refunded us all from their own pockets.

So, what sets you apart from the 800lb gorilla, Zoom?

I've been running my business on Zoom for about three years now (I'm grandfathered in at a ridiculous $15 per month for everything), so it's going to take a lot to get me to switch but I'm always interested in killer deals.

I'm having a hard time figuring out how your service can be affordable or what you're really focused on.

Now for some more specific questions:

What's the difference between "Registrants" and "Participants"? With Zoom, everyone that attends has to register. So, there's no way to have more participants than registrants.

I have two weekly webinars with my members where there are usually about 100 people that attend. And then I have about two sales webinars per month with anywhere from 500-1000 attendees. Is each of those a "registrant"?

If I'm doing my math correctly, even if I buy 3 codes then I'll have to pay at least $1000 per month.

I'm just not seeing the benefits.

I've got an insane deal with Zoom and I know that it works so I'm probably not going to risk ruining my reputation over $180 per year but I'm curious to know these things and I'm sure other AppSumo members are as well.

I also worry that there are a lot of questions or comments not addressed after several days.

No. This is a public comment forum for a reason. EVERYONE has these concerns and the lack of transparency is indicative of the lack of transparency in the future. And yes, I'm a purchaser of 3 codes from a different account. Seriously considering asking for a refund but waiting it out to see if MAYBE Airmeet will get the message from everyone and make some changes.

Keep your grandfathered Zoom account. These guys don't answer simple questions and when they do, they give a copy and pasted response. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION and red flag for me.
