Q: I can't quite see a clear answer on this anywhere: Is there a way to send out an invite link where people can access without registering?

I am keen to take away the pain of people having to register for things.

I am not sure how this would work, of course, with your registration limits. Maybe one would would be that every time someone joins using the "no need to register link" it uses up one of the free registrations for that month?

I think it is key to enable people to join without asking them to register or fill out loads of information.

- Yes, you can do so by allowing guest access that will just remove the registration layer and people can simply enter the event when it's live. So, you're correct with that understanding, as in this case, the people who're joining/attending the event will consume from your registration limit.

Utkarsh, from marketing and conversion point of view, we need possibility to use simple registration form with name and email, nothing more.

Sending link, when conference is live, without possibility to do this before is worthless.

For now I see, that each attendee has to register in Airmeet as a user, with question about business email. After that she/he has to receive email and put code from You. Very bad way to register on conference. It will crash conversion :/

I bought 3 codes. I hope, that You will change it.

Question is: will You change it or is there possibility to register attendees in simple way?

Even this direct link, before we are live, will be better than what we have now. With it I can prepare some by-pass solution: make landing with registration in other system and send this link in after registration email.

Hi Piotr,

Feedback well is taken.

You can choose to keep the event open (allowing guest entry) that way people can join directly and the system will record only name tag information. You can share that event link with your audience anytime (right after creating the event). However, your audience will only be able to join/enter the event when you start it. This way you wave-off the entire registration layer.

Otherwise, what you can also do is simply upload a CSV as a guest list into your event. That will only let the folks (emails) enter the event which you have on your list and nobody else.

Hope that addresses your concern. Happy to chat more :)
