Q: Hi, I've bought a code today and did some exploring.

However, I entered the financial settings wrong and wanted to change them. Haven't found a way to do that in about 15 minutes, so it seemed that deleting my company to reset financial settings is the only option for actually accomplishing that. Now my subscription is gone. Yes, I read the fine print later, but why on Earth would deleting a company remove the subscription I just bought? I can't redeem the same code again, and all I can get at the moment is a trial. As for support, I've tried both chat and email and got no answer after waiting for the last 7 hours, although according to the support working hours posted in the chat (Our active support hours are weekdays, 08:00 am-02:30 pm | 08:00 pm-08:00 am EST) ​they should be working.

I really like the software, but if I don't get a reply soon I will simply have to initiate a refund..

Yes you may start the Trial and start entering the data. Once the code is renewed you can apply it to the same organization and continue using
