Firstly i think this will become a great product, but currently it is unusable for me and my team, and i wouldn't think of inviting customers to join in, as i feel i would embarrass myself.

The design is beautiful, logical, it just makes a lot of good sense!
I don't know why we are getting such poor performance, i would love to help solve this if i can with the dev, but currently what we have is:
1. When we go live and we are in the meeting, that browser tab "TANKS", slows down, to the point that it is visible but unresponsive. I try to play pre-uploaded videos, i hear 3 words and then it stops...

While testing i had my hand up and my co founder was trying to give me the stage, took atleast 3 min for the second speaker window to appear and was blank anyway.

I REALLY WANT this to work.

It is definitely on Airmeets end, have tried on 3 different computers, Mac, Desktop and Laptop and two different houses. Have tried via mobile hotspot and a 50 MBPS Fibre Connection. It is the same on all of them: Super slow tab / computer, unresponsive interface.

Maybe airmeets server is overloaded with influx of appsumo customers?
Or maybe they don't have a server in Australia / Perth?

I hope we can figure this out and make it work.

Without the functionality working this is going to be a 1 star from me
