I don't want to say things that others have already mentioned, but I would like to ask our AppSumo support what actions are you taking to compensate our trust to you and your LTD deals that you're making with your suppliers?

I, as many others that trusted this specific LTD, we invest to it believing that it would be a true LTD.
Now they've proven themselves they aren't.
Don't you have a responsibility to it?
(of course legally, you can't do them something since its been more than 2 years. And also you're saying that you are and truly are supporting us to the extend of your slogan "We Got Your Back guarantee")
But what happens after that?
A LTD isn't just 1-2-3 years... it SHOULD be A LTD!!!
