It worked shortly after buying the deal on AppSumo, but now it does not generate documents anymore and previous documents are lost. The support team is non responsive, and their chat says: "last seen 4 months ago" (July 19).

The whole thing looks abandoned, and the fact that this happened only two months after they were selling on AppSumo raises the question of whether the founders ever acted in good faith.

Worked ok for a single document and now you can't even login anymore. The company appears to have gone under in a hurry after grabbing every penny they could. No response from support.

Feels Like a Fly-By-Night Business

At first, the app looked promising and I wanted to support it. But it stopped working, and despite sending detailed emails about the problems—meant to help them understand customer needs and grow the business (which is what AppSumo is all about)—I got zero response. No support, no accountability. Sadly, it comes across as a fly-by-night operation rather than a serious business.

This product was not working when I could log in, and now I can't even do that. After complaining to them and to AppSumo, over a month passed and NEITHER TEAM responds. Totally incompetent and has SCAM written all over it.

I felt a lot of turbulence when I first tried making this work, but over time I have seen no improvement and it feels like i'm flying in a Boeing on Spirit Airlines.
