Feels Like a Fly-By-Night Business

At first, the app looked promising and I wanted to support it. But it stopped working, and despite sending detailed emails about the problems—meant to help them understand customer needs and grow the business (which is what AppSumo is all about)—I got zero response. No support, no accountability. Sadly, it comes across as a fly-by-night operation rather than a serious business.

This product was not working when I could log in, and now I can't even do that. After complaining to them and to AppSumo, over a month passed and NEITHER TEAM responds. Totally incompetent and has SCAM written all over it.

I felt a lot of turbulence when I first tried making this work, but over time I have seen no improvement and it feels like i'm flying in a Boeing on Spirit Airlines.

Sent message to airstrip support about not being able to log-in several days ago, and still haven't heard anything from them. Now i can't get in the airstrip account. The support not responding for so long is unacceptable. I refunded.

Artificial intelligence will ask you questions that you had never thought of before, which helps to create the document more comprehensively.

Con
The user interface is not very suitable for AppSumo users, and the legal document generated is very basic and does not cover many aspects, even when we request a more detailed version. Therefore, it is not an appropriate choice for me.
