EDIT: Support was able to get the issue fixed, so I am now editing my review. I have added another start due to the fact that there is a limited number of available agreements. I hope to see more added soon. In general, I am pleased with the creation of the starter agreements.

I purchased this morning, signed up, verified then tried to create a document. After hitting "Crate" it just hangs...blank screen. No message, no error - just a blank screen. So I tried 2 more documents. Same thing. It is as-if a service service needs to be restarted. Tried the chat function, but no one was home today.

I hope I can get this solved rather than get a refund. I will edit this if I get it working and will let you all know. I have been more disappointed lately with some AppSumo vendors.
