Q: I purchased and redeemed a lifetime license.
I activated the license within a couple of days and was able to successfully access the site for two weeks. Now when I try to login, I receive this error message "There is no user record corresponding to this identifier. The user may have been deleted." I tried to active "forgot password" but no password reset email was ever received. Is this just a temporary glitch with the site?
