Q: Your non-response to support questions doesn't bode well for good support or customer service.

Do you have any plan to fix this? My questions: 1. Your roadmap and vision for your tool. Which of these visions are you aiming to be closer to? https://www.creativebloq.com/news/ai-art-generator-comparison 2. Will you provide a way for LTD folks to upgrade to your unlimited Scale plan for additional one-time payment now or later? Am not really enticed by the 800 limit when I can still generate much of what I want in Midjourney or Stable Diffusion's own free lite offering. 3. Also want to know your plans for profitability and sustainability. Am sure several art generators will go belly up in this nascent industry. This is the very beginning of quality art generators, so am not sure the ones coming out this early will be the best LTDs to buy - later ones may offer higher limits, etc. 4. I tried signing up for an account on Art. My Lastpass is getting confused and is unusable because you have two different passwords with the same base domain of aiseo.ai. This is terrible UX. I also have the AISEO LTD. 5. Why should I pick you over Supermachine LTD on Appsumo? 6. The faces of real people depicted are distorted and ugly. In Midjourney they also modify the faces (probably for legal reasons) but do so in a much more pleasing way. You need to tweak your settings. Put in “Game of Thrones” and you’ll see. How will you fix this? Suggestion - change the name from AISEO Art to something else if you want to make it a real business. Also, providing more wizards to users, like buttons saying “painting”, “realistic” etc styles - where folks can just click on successive buttons that are getting AI-prompted…instead of having to type anything (while also an option to add typed words to prompt) - might be a popular feature and help you go viral.
