I'm disappointed because I love AI Art (e.g. Midjourney) and I really see the potential of this AISEO Art app. I was excited to try it. But I have a huge problem with your credit system. I'm a regular Midjourney user & their credit system is quite fair & generous (even for free trial users & lower tiered members). But YOUR credit system has hidden costs in credits and seems exploitative of users less familiar with the other AI Art programs.

What frustrated me most: Once you upscale an image to HD, you are not allowed to "keep" that upscaled image in your permanent library. If you forget to download it in HD, you're forced to use another 2 credits (to upscale it again + download HD again).

E.g. I generated an image (1 credit, fair). I upscaled that image (1 credit, still fair). I download that image in low res (0 credits, makes sense).

Then I download that image in HD...and THAT costs 1 credit just to download?!? (Okay, you have less funding than Midjourney, so maybe I could let this slide & tolerate this...maybe... )

But then, I click to another tab or screen. Then I go back to my library and look for that same image I already just upscaled. It's nowhere to be found!! It's not in the library with the other images. And there's no option to access the HD upscaled version of it anymore. Why??

Consequently, I am forced to upscale that same image again and forced to use ANOTHER credit to upscale. And the cycle repeats itself. And if I want to re-download that same image on HD again, then that charges another credit of course. That's not cool!!

I know you're not at the same level as Midjourney and don't have the same financial safety net as they do. But shouldn't you try to benefit & serve your early customers instead of taking advantage of them?

Midjourney is far more generous and honest with their credit system. We keep all our images, upscale costs are pro-rated and reasonable (it doesn't use a whole credit, only a portion). And HD downloads definitely don't cost us.

Having said all this...If I simply don't know how to navigate your UI, then I'll happily admit my stupidity. I'll edit this if appsumo lets me, and then praise you guys.

But at the moment, it just feels like I'm being tricked here with your credit system. People unfamiliar with Midjourney's generous system (even their free credits are more generous!) may not be aware how other programs are charging. So it's not kind of you to take advantage of other sumolings newer to AI Art generating apps/programs.

I like a lot of what your program offers and I see tonnes of potential. Please just adjust your business model so you are serving your newest customers vs exploiting them.

P.S. You'll also see that I've been an appsumo member a long time and have bought an excessive number of shiny appsumo apps. So you will be unable to dismiss the authenticity of my review like you did a newer sumoling's negative review earlier.
