Cant get reply from customer service
There does not seem to be a pay button on Invoice or Bills - thus you have to go to transactions and make payment to vendor or customer - but it does not associate to particular bill you want.
- I scheduled an onboarding call using their system and was left hanging nobody showed up.
- Ive sent messages to support and nobody replies.
- Reporting is very limited
- Cannot seem to be able to attatch documents, links or information to the payments, invoices, etc. So I cannot have copies of receipts. Needed for paper trail and verification for auditing.
- The program is simple and for an appsumo lifetime deal - works for simple and quick accounting stuff - however I do not trust it for my real business.
