I've used other apps that perform a similar function, but I love the user interface and connectivity found in Albacross. I've only been using it for a short time, but here are some key points you should consider:
Pros:
•Super easy to install, multiple methods including a plugin, scripts, and good instructions.
•Easy to use and clearly shows the vital information.
•Love the zapier connection!
•Filtering works really well and is quite granular
•Automated emails of leads to my inbox.

Cons:
•Database seems a bit thin when comparing visitors with other tools I have. I'm hoping and anticipating that they will continue to build this out.

Overall a really great tool that I look forward to its evolution.
