The product does not deliver what it promises. After spending hours and trying different browsers I could not upload ANY audio file nor video file.
There is no FAQ. There are no tutorials.
Research for yourself. I found videos on YT posted 3 months ago telling about the same problem: DIFFICULTIES IN UPLOADING FILES FOR TRANSCRIPTION (if it happens it's a miracle).
After looking into Questions section on Appsumo you may notice only promises like "long form coming in next few days" or "we will change the file limit next week" and so on BUT - IT WAS LOOOOOOONG TIME AGO AND CREATORS SIMPLY REPEAT THEIR PROMISES so you buy, wait and maybe forget to initiate refund.
As for me it's the most scammy product I ever saw on Appsumo. Dodgy company....
But hey - maybe you will have luck.
But I do not buy "luck". I buy products and this one DID NOT DELIVER EVEN A PART OF BASIC ADVERTISED FUNCTIONALITY.
I would closer look at those positive reviews here as they cannot be honest.
