We use What Converts for lead tracking. For a particular client they want to be notified via sms or push notification (such as WhatsApp) that they have received a specific type of lead. We currently use Zapier for this now. Here's how it works 1. Incoming lead (text message) comes in from the client website 2. The text is sent to a tracking number and gets emailed to them 3. Zapier sees that lead come in and sends a text to all specified phone numbers and WhatsApp account (5 phone numbers and one WhatsApp account) 4. Client gets the text to check their email for the specified lead that just came in. Would your solution work for this?
Hi, I purchased this and have found a few issues which I want to contact support with but you dont seem to have an email or ticket system that I can do so. So here is my issues: 1. Woocommerce has limited triggers, there is no abandoned cart, no failed cart, no part sign up, will this be resolved? I could have gone with other systems that include all these. 2. Facebook does not allow you to capture anything on your feed/pages? will this be improved? 3. When I click on facebook API it crashes the site.
