Use Case :
We want to send out email to users based on the email content that would be stored on mircosoft excel or Google sheet .
EG. Below is the list of columns stored in excel or google sheet
First Name | Last Name | Test Score | Mobile Number | Email | Email Content
Ask: If the test score is greater than 80% then send out congratulations email as per "Email Content" to all the respective emails . Also can the email be made dynamic and it should say
Dear First Name .
Email Content
Also it should send the email content to the mobile # at whatsApp

Why facebook busines account is needed for Microsoft and Google products. If I am going to send WhatsApp message in whatsApp then I may need facebook business account. Do I need any business account for Outlook or Gmail .
