Q: Hi, previuosly you told that "User in Albato now equals to workspace.
1 user = 1 workspace. But we already got a request from our users on creating Teams functionality. And we made a significant step forward in this direction"
1.can you explain more because there is confusion between " user, workspaces, members, team members"
2.what have the admin, 1 workspace ? who can join that workspace, team member, how many?
3.how have workspaces for users with their workspace and login, how many?
thank

May 14, 2024A: Hello! How are you?
With the implementation of the teams functionality, 1 LTD will be equivalent to 1 work area. Within the work area, it will be possible to create an unlimited amount of spaces (such as “Sales”, “Marketing”, “Development” or as Client 1, Client 2, Client 3), with different access permission levels. For each space, users can be added as members/team members with different roles, such as “administrator user” or “member user”. At the start of the project, there will be no limitation in terms of the number of users.
Therefore, the workspace is like a “building”, the spaces are like “floors” of the building and each floor is populated by users, with different functions. Each member can be added to any space and in each space can have different roles (as administrator for the “Sales” space and at the same time “viewer” for the “Dev” space).
Hopefully it's more clear now :)

Thank for your reply
