So, I need to clarify, will I still be able to use webhooks in tier 1?
What does customer webhook means? Like customize the webhook url?
All I need is connect NativeForms to Google Sheet then create contact in Encharge.
I hope to hear from you soon as for most people who needs the same basic needs, this app makes a lot of sense.

In Tier 1, you can only use webhook triggers for apps already integrated with Albato. The customer webhook, in turn, is the personalized webhook through which it is possible to generate an access key to be used in other apps.
We don't have the NativeForms yet, so you'll probably have to use webhooks in that case. Sheets and Encharge are already available on our platform, so you can use them without needing additional configurations!
