We use What Converts for lead tracking. For a particular client they want to be notified via sms or push notification (such as WhatsApp) that they have received a specific type of lead. Hi, I purchased this and have found a few issues which I want to contact support with but you dont seem to have an email or ticket system that I can do so. So here is my issues: 1. Woocommerce has limited triggers, there is no abandoned cart, no failed cart, no part sign up, will this be resolved? I could have gone with other systems that include all these. 2. Facebook does not allow you to capture anything on your feed/pages? will this be improved? 3. When I click on facebook API it crashes the site. Please can you get back to me please as these are some important items that will be the difference between staying and refunding.
