Albato - Plus Exclusive Reviews

When I clicked to activate my account, it took me to "new.albato.ru" to register. I was hesitant to fill out my personal info on a Russian site for security reasons, so I contacted support. No answer! And this doesn't even make sense, since Albato's headquarters is listed in Brazil, not Russia.

Now AppSumo shows my account has been activated (even though I never submitted the .RU form). I've contacted Albato support, plus AS also reached out to them. Still no response and I have no way to access my account.

This really doesn't create a very good feeling about Albato, but perhaps someone will see this review and make things right.

I’m sorry to write this review, but my experience with Albato has been truly disappointing and frustrating.

I want to start by saying that their customer support is good: I spoke twice with operators who were polite and helpful. However, the service itself turned out to be very complicated and unreliable.

I spent two days setting up automations, but a step was missing and I made a few mistakes initially. Some automations worked partially, at least to some extent. After requesting support, I had to wait a full day to get assistance; although the operator was extremely kind and willing to help, the little that was working soon stopped functioning.

In short, the service was neither stable nor reliable for my work, and I had no choice but to request an immediate refund. Unfortunately, the overall experience was more stressful than useful, and I cannot recommend it as a practical tool.

I switched from Zapier to albato, hoping for a seamless experience, but I've been disappointed. The support team seems disorganized and unprofessional when it comes to addressing issues. I had a straightforward automation that worked perfectly with Zapier, but now I'm left feeling unsupported and frustrated. Instead of troubleshooting the problem directly, they suggested I reach out to WordPress, which feels like a huge oversight on their part. A simple suggestion like trying it on a fresh install would have been more helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with Albato has not lived up to expectations.

First, I respect that one day Albato may perform better. However, as of now, I don’t see it meeting any meaningful need. I purchased License Tier 3 and kept it, thinking it would be useful — but it has never worked as it should.
