I purchased TIER2 in November 2024 and haven't used it to this day. I saw on the website that I could request technical support to create an automation with their help, but after a month of waiting and exchanging emails with support, I received a response that they wouldn't do it because it was against company policy, since my license was LTD and not a recurring subscription. Their response is below:

Additionally, under the team’s updated guidelines, support for setting up custom automations is provided only to clients on paid monthly plans, and not to those with Tier licenses. However, you are always welcome to reach out to our technical support team via chat with any questions—we’ll be happy to assist you.

Regarding your specific case:
It is quite complex, and unfortunately, Albato currently cannot fully support it with existing integrations. At this time:

We do not offer a YouTube action for video creation.
We do not have an integration with X-Runway.
We support Gmail, Google Sheets, Hugging Face, Google Drive, and OpenAI.

Albato has quickly become a cornerstone of my automation stack. What I value most is its ability to balance power with accessibility. The interface is intuitive, allowing me to build workflows quickly, yet it remains robust enough to manage complex, multi-step automations across a diverse array of apps. The library of native integrations is growing steadily, and I find the operation limits to be generous compared to other platforms. I also appreciate that Albato offers clear transparency on usage, making it simple to monitor both performance and costs. For consultants and agencies, it stands out as a scalable solution that feels ready for the future. I use it daily. Customer support has helped ease the process of implementation. While Albato performs well overall, there are still some aspects that could use enhancement. Certain integrations currently lack the depth of triggers and actions found in competing platforms, which sometimes means I have to come up with creative workarounds. Although the documentation is getting better, it can occasionally lag behind the rapid updates made to the platform. Additionally, for those just starting out, there is a noticeable learning curve before you can fully take advantage of everything the platform offers. Albato helps me connect tools that otherwise wouldn’t talk to each other without hiring a developer or stacking multiple services together. As a consultant working across music, marketing, and business ops, I need reliable automations that cut down repetitive tasks — posting content, syncing leads, updating CRMs, tracking campaign performance, etc. Albato allows me to centralize those workflows and scale them across different projects without ballooning costs. This saves me time, keeps my clients’ campaigns running smoothly, and frees me up to focus on higher-value strategy instead of manual busywork.

I love this product! It has helped me collect potential customer details and instantly grant them access to my trial resources, keeping my warm leads engaged. The automation builder is easy to understand, and when I had a question about a tool, I received prompt support. I highly recommend it!

I’m sorry to write this review, but my experience with Albato has been truly disappointing and frustrating.

I want to start by saying that their customer support is good: I spoke twice with operators who were polite and helpful. However, the service itself turned out to be very complicated and unreliable.

I spent two days setting up automations, but a step was missing and I made a few mistakes initially. Some automations worked partially, at least to some extent. After requesting support, I had to wait a full day to get assistance; although the operator was extremely kind and willing to help, the little that was working soon stopped functioning.

In short, the service was neither stable nor reliable for my work, and I had no choice but to request an immediate refund. Unfortunately, the overall experience was more stressful than useful, and I cannot recommend it as a practical tool.
