2. simplified current state of all the running threads.
3. NoTech, ZeroOps and Administration efforts needed for heterogenous apps
4. Ahead with competitors in automation adoption
5. ability to select region-wise location for low latency
6. ability to create new API connectors quickly.

Based on my experience, I can recommend to go for this. Like any new tool, some learning curve - but their onboarding makes it easy for those who are new.
