Excellent automation tool and a worthy competitor to Zapier & Pablly.
First of all, I would like to mention its UI. The UI of Albato is very clean and user-friendly, I was a regular user of Pabbly and Zapier, but the UI of Albato is far better than Pabbly & Zapier. It has a lot of potentials.
I love its support system. Super humanized support is available via live chat. Their average response time is less than 5 minutes & that’s pretty Good.
The modern design & the pretty color palette makes Alberto just awesome. And This is a tool that I can use to add my own custom apps without coding. I also love their data migration feature. Which allows me to migrate large sets of historical data in one go.
Instead of all those advantages, I think there should have some improvement on a few things
Albato consumes more tasks per automation, Whereas Pabbly has different logic for counting tasks/operations.
I would also love to see some more and essential Integrations soon, Such as Stripe. I think they are already working on that. And most importantly, I want lots of more video tutorials.
Overall, I just love what Albato is offering at this price range, and this app makes my life easy.

About the support, as I always say to everyone: we work with robots and automations but we don't need to be robotized replying to our clients. We are doing our best to be closer with every customer. Thanks for saying that, means a lot to us.
About the tasks per automation, it depends. If you use webhook it counts all the automation steps just when the task arrives. If it's API you can set up how often you want to receive the data and then if nothing comes, will count 1 task. If a task arrives it will count all the automation. We did this improvement and gave 3x more than usual so specially if you use webhook it's now even better for the user. If you use API you just need to schedule the frequency of data. Hope you understand that.
We'll work on more videos ASAP, but at the moment we are focused on appsumo campaign.
And just to end with a gold ribbon I would like to say we already finished Stripe, go fot it!
