Frustrating Experience Despite Helpful Support
I’m sorry to write this review, but my experience with Albato has been truly disappointing and frustrating.
I want to start by saying that their customer support is good: I spoke twice with operators who were polite and helpful. However, the service itself turned out to be very complicated and unreliable.
I spent two days setting up automations, but a step was missing and I made a few mistakes initially. Some automations worked partially, at least to some extent. After requesting support, I had to wait a full day to get assistance; although the operator was extremely kind and willing to help, the little that was working soon stopped functioning.
In short, the service was neither stable nor reliable for my work, and I had no choice but to request an immediate refund. Unfortunately, the overall experience was more stressful than useful, and I cannot recommend it as a practical tool.

In your specific case, the main challenge was that the apps you needed to connect didn’t provide the required triggers, and the webhook option wasn’t available on the external side. This limited what could be achieved through Albato at this time and understandably caused difficulties in progressing with the setup.
We’ll continue working on expanding our integrations and improving flexibility so that more use cases like yours can be successfully supported in the future.
